Virtual Charity Run/Walk

Join us for a 5K Virtual Charity Fun Run/Walk on May 18th, where every step you take makes a difference! May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we're coming together to support the cause. Lace up your shoes, hit the pavement, and raise funds for the Kenya Alliance for Mental Health. Let's run/walk for mental health and make a positive impact in our communities. Instructions:

Registration:

• Visit our event registration page on our website www.kamh.ngo/charity-run-registration
• Fill out the registration form with your personal details, including your name, email address, and contact information.
• Make your donation: $25 minimum.

Receive Your Confirmation:

• After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to participate in the virtual run/walk.

Complete the Run/Walk:

• On May 18th to complete the 5K distance (approximately 3.1 miles). Pace yourself, enjoy the experience, and remember that every step you take is making a positive impact for mental health awareness.

Share Your Experience:

• Take photos or videos during your virtual run/walk and share them on social media using our event hashtag [insert event hashtag].
• Tag us on social media [@KAMH] and share your personal journey and motivation for participating in the virtual run/walk.

Celebrate and Support:

• Congratulations! You've completed the 5K Virtual Charity Fun Run/Walk in support of mental health awareness.
